Western horsemanship, groundwork, collegiate coaching, and emerging equine-assisted leadership development in Dexter, Michigan.
At Enders Farm, we believe horsemanship is built on trust, communication, and thoughtful partnership with the horse. Through western riding, groundwork, ranch riding, and rider development, we help students build confidence, adaptability, leadership, and feel both in and out of the saddle.
While our foundation is rooted in Western disciplines, riders from both Western and English backgrounds are welcome.

From young beginners to adult riders, Enders Farm helps students build confidence, skill, awareness, and partnership with the horse through thoughtful, foundation-based instruction.

Enders Farm proudly supports collegiate equestrian athletes by developing adaptable riders through catch-ride competition, teamwork, horsemanship, and real-world performance under pressure. Through thoughtful coaching and rider development, students build the awareness, consistency, and versatility required for success in IHSA competition and beyond.
Equine-assisted leadership programs are currently being developed for executives, project teams, and women in leadership. These experiences use horses as honest, immediate feedback partners to reveal communication patterns, pressure responses, trust gaps, and leadership presence.

Tara Enders brings over 30 years of horsemanship, rider development, and competitive experience, including national-level collegiate competition and certification as an EWU (European Western Union) Trainer C instructor through Germany. Alongside her equestrian background, she spent nearly two decades leading complex global industrial initiatives within international corporate environments. Her approach blends high-level horsemanship, structure, awareness, communication, and real-world operational leadership experience to develop capable riders, strong teams, and authentic leadership presence.

Located just outside Ann Arbor in Dexter, Michigan, Enders Farm offers a quiet, professional environment intentionally designed for focused rider development, horsemanship, and leadership growth.
