Many highly capable women spend years minimizing authority, second-guessing decisions, or waiting to fully step into leadership. This program is designed to help women develop the confidence, clarity, and leadership presence required to lead authentically and decisively in complex professional environments. 

Founder Tara Enders brings nearly two decades of experience navigating these realities within global industrial and automotive leadership environments. 

Through the support of horses, participants receive immediate, honest, and non-judgmental feedback on:

• decision-making 

Horses do not care about titles, hierarchy, or gender. They respond to clarity, consistency, confidence, and leadership they trust. In many ways, people are not much different.
